WorkSpan provides the software that drives repeatable, revenue-generating processes for thousands of partnerships.

Mika joined Freshworks in November 2023, previously serving as EVP and chief customer engagement & marketing officer at F5, global president of Marketo (later SVP/GM at Adobe), and held leadership roles at SAP, Amazon, Microsoft, Gartner, and Accenture. She holds a B.A. from Queen’s University and serves on several boards including BlackLine, the Rainier Valley Food Bank, and the United Way of King County.
