Overview of using Paperflite efficiently

Account Setup

1. Profile: Update a profile photo, first and last name, email ID, and phone number. This is the information that will appear on every share you make externally.

2. Notifications: Enable notifications on your Paperflite account so you are notified every time your prospect opens your email or engages with the content you have shared.

Gmail Integration

1. Chrome Plugin: Enable the Paperflite plugin within Chrome, this will allow you to add content from Paperflite as attachments within your email. Click here to go over the steps to add the plugin.

2. Personalised email : When emailing from Gmail, you can personalise your email by sending individual emails to a single recipient with an attachment from Paperflite. This allows you to measure how the prospect is engaging with content.

Finding Content

1. Streams: Ensure you are finding content within streams under the section heading new streams

2. Search: While Seek helps your understand and find content, we also have the advanced search option where you can use custom fields to filter and find content.

Collections

1. Creating a collection: This is a microsite that allows you to personalize content sharing. While creating a collection, you are able to add the following information:

2. Clone Collection: The pre-approved collections from the marketing team can be cloned and personalized prior to sharing with prospects. 

  • Banner
  • Logo
  • Personalized note
  • Content to be shared

Sharing

1. Via Gmail: When emailing from Outlook, you can attach content from Paperflite via the plugin, thereby making this a personalised share with an option to track engagement.

2. Generating a link: If you are looking to share to multiple prospects within an account, you can also generate a link with an email gate. This will allow you to share easily and yet every user who gets access to the content, has to identify themselves

Conversations

Every piece of content shared externally with prospects will have a record within the conversations section.

Conversations show you the following metrics:

  • Email opened/Link clicked
  • ​Cumulative time spent on the content
  • Time spent on every individual content piece added to the collection
