Karl Fahrbach is the Chief Partner Officer for SAP, leading a global ecosystem of over 25,000 partners that collaborate with SAP to deliver cloud ERP and Business AI solutions. Appointed as SAP’s first Chief Partner Officer in 2019, Karl spearheaded the Next-Generation Partnering strategy, a multi-year initiative that positioned SAP’s partner ecosystem as a top strategic priority. This strategy focuses on enhancing the partner experience, fostering innovation, and creating a profitable foundation for partner success.Under Karl's leadership, SAP’s partner ecosystem plays a crucial role in helping customers transform into intelligent, sustainable enterprises. With deep roots in the partner business, Karl joined SAP in 2006 and has held various roles in global business development, partner programs, and services. Before SAP, he worked for Microsoft and Oracle. Karl is also a passionate advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, serving as Executive Sponsor of the SAP Business Women's Network EMEA and Barcelona chapters. He holds a degree in Business Management and an MBA from ICADE.

As the president of WorkSpan, he works across cloud providers, GSIs, ISVs, and genAI companies to understand their partner programs, the latest trends, and the direction of the industry. WorkSpan provides the software that drives repeatable, revenue-generating processes for thousands of partnerships.

Greg oversees the strategy, enablement and value creation derived from alliances and other types of joint business relationships.Prior to joining EY, he was an executive at a multinational technology company, running one of the top five accounts and then managing the professional services P&L for Banking and Financial Markets in North America. He held leadership positions in financial service technology and digital disruption across industries. He helped found a health payments dot-com and ran his own software development company. Greg earned a BS in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
